With increased output of 362 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque, the 3.0L V6 combines twin turbos and many other advances to lower emissions, fuel consumption, and its 0-60 time to just 5.1 seconds. The rapid-multispark ignition can fire up to four times in a millisecond, while the high-pressure Direct Injection precisely tunes the fuel spray. A lightweight diecast-alloy block, widely variable valve timing, reduced friction, and "on-demand'' ancillary components further boost efficiency.

Power Liftgate

For added convenience in the rain or with an armful of packages, you can fully open the liftgate via a switch on the driver's interior door panel or a button on the SmartKey remote. Press a button on the underside of the liftgate and it powers itself closed. A sensor automatically stops the liftgate if it detects an obstruction, and you can set the system to limit the opening height, useful under low ceilings.
